This is a special article on Jeep Wrangler Polar Edition Review. Now you guys have already heard about Jeep Wrangler right, but did u know that it has different editions? Here is an example of one that just has been released in the fall of 2013 – Jeep Wrangler Polar Edition.
The Jeep Wrangler Polar features special design features such as the Hydro Blue paint job, 18 inch black gloss alloy wheels and body-colored Jeep hardtop. The name of Jeep Polar Edition comes tough snowy conditions in the polar and cold regions and Jeep has included the 78° S and 106° E coordinates as a badge of this Jeep to represent the the location of Vostok in Antarctica – the point where the lowest temperature in the world was recorded, at -89.2° C.
On the inside, the Polar Edition features a black leather-covered steering wheel and seats, with contrasting white stitching. The gauge cluster also gets its own white trim and instruments with blue backgrounds.
This Jeep Polar Edition is based on the Wrangler model, so it gets the 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6, with an unchanged power output of 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. It also gets the Sahara’s Command Trac NV241 two-speed transfer case, Dana 30 front and Dana 44 rear axles, and Trac-Lok rear differential.
Available both on two doors model and four doors model, the Jeep Polar Edition will be available for sale to general public in the first quarter of 2014 (expected before spring) priced similarly to other special Jeep editions of the Wrangler, at around £28,000 (which is around ~$46.500)
